Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the accommodation department
- Assist with managing and organizing accommodation bookings
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate and schedule appointments using Outlook Calendar
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform data entry and update databases
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Type, file, and distribute documents as needed
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office procedures and protocols
- Proficient in using Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with using Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Experience using QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Ability to handle front desk duties professionally and efficiently
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Salary:
$15.82-$27.72 per hour
