Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the accommodation department
  • Assist with managing and organizing accommodation bookings
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments using Outlook Calendar
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform data entry and update databases
  • Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Type, file, and distribute documents as needed

Skills:


  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office procedures and protocols
  • Proficient in using Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with using Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Experience using QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
  • Ability to handle front desk duties professionally and efficiently
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy

Salary:
$15.82-$27.72 per hour
