    Employment Site: SPRA Regina Office or telework options available. Telework location must be within Saskatchewan.

    Through an immersive mentorship and employment experience, the position will strengthen your existing skills and allow you to gain new experiences that support your career aspirations. Through this position, you will obtain direct project management, client service, communication, research, and writing experience while benefiting from mentorship with long-term Team Members of SPRA.

    • Contribute to the spring and summer delivery of Play Leadership training – from marketing and managing registrations to supporting hands-on delivery and gathering participant feedback.
    • Connect with and support volunteers, including the 2026 Communities in Bloom Judges.
    • Craft stories that highlight the amazing impact youth and parks services have across Saskatchewan.
    • Design and roll out creative marketing and program coordination.
    • Research and recommend fresh ideas and best practices in youth leadership and parks and open spaces management.
    • Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service.
    • Attend networking and learning opportunities to grow your experience and professional community.
