Overview:


Customer Service Representative will ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.

Builds and maintains business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service to ensure customer satisfaction and to promote loyalty.

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm with additional hours as needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Incoming phone calls, high volume phone queue 30+ calls/day
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Works with purchasing to contact vendors as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A diploma or degree in business administration or similar is an asset
  • 1+ years of experience in an customer service or similar role
  • Experience in tech support / troubleshooting, mechanical, or manufacturing preferred.

Working Conditions:
Working in an office environment.


Physical Demands:
Sitting for long periods of time.


Materials and Equipment Used:
Office Equipment; phone, copier, and computer.
