Role:


Digital Content Coordinator

Responsibilities include:


The Digital Content Coordinator ensures that all identified learning and teaching resources are appropriately integrated into the meta-data management system.

Once resources are integrated into the system, this position is responsible for the ongoing operational activities including but not limited to currency, relevancy and accuracy.


Qualifications:


Education:

A University degree in Information Technology, Education, Arts or a related field supplemented by 4 years related experience. Alternatively, 1 year of education for 1 year of experience.


Related experience must include:


  • Previous experience leveraging organizational and coordination skills to achieve efficiencies in using content management solutions to deliver results within an education environment.
  • Previous experience proposing and presenting recommendations to business and technical leaders to inform decisionmaking regarding effective utilization of digital tools.

Knowledge and/or experience of the following are considered assets for this position:

  • Ability to prioritize and organize a large complex workload and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and flexibility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to deal with continuous change.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, work well in a team environment, including project teams.
  • Detail oriented and strong typographical skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Internet, digital assessment management.

Salary:

$2,716.64 to $3,550.90 bi-weekly. ($70, $92,678.49 /year)
