Job Purpose
Understand workflow, assist in development, maintenance and enhancements to Shared Services solutions.

This position generates all reporting for the Shared Services, and prepares the monthly NAET dashboards, as well as business units SLA's to identify all areas of opportunity to improve processes.

Responsible for the communication and resolution of identified issues. Also, responsible for managing Master Data Team.

Accountabilities

Assist on special projects, as assigned, including system enhancement and testing.
Work with the respective business unit and outside auditors to provide the required information.
Act as liaison between Shared Services Center and external systems managers.
Investigate system related errors found in SAP and subsystems.
Maintain proper internal controls.
Identify opportunities to automate process functions within Shared Services and business units.
Timely creation and submission of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as specified by Shared Services SLA's.
Generate Daily reports of AP Processing status in Octacom and SAP.
Create adhoc reporting as required by management team.
Timely processing of system generated files as assigned.
Ensure P2P and OTC policies and procedures are followed and identify any discrepancies to management.
Ensure all documentation is up to date for all Shared Services departments

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or business related field.
3 to 5 years in Business Analysis preferred.
Expert in Microsoft Excel creating Pivot Tables, Filters and vLookups.
Proficiency with Microsoft's Word, Power Point and Visio.
Knowledge of working with SAP software is required and knowledge of SAP reporting tools ACL/BW is preferred. Sound knowledge in SAP FI, MM and BW module.
Business Analysis or Project Management certification would be very useful but not necessary
