As the leading clothing retailer of finer menswear based in Toronto and operating in major centres across Canada, Harry Rosen has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Full-time E-Commerce Product Specialist, as part of our Ecommerce Team within Central Office.
If you have a strong interest and passion for fashion, online product administration/copywriting skills - this is an ideal role for you.
We are seeking a professional to join our E-Commerce Department and be accountable for the following responsibilities:Size & Fit Expertise
- Act as SME on product size & fit information
- Develop and demonstrate expertise through buyer & vendor collaboration, store visits and independent research
- Create documentation and imagery around size and fit for use on website
- Establish best practices for product size range use and CX translation
- Maintain seasonal changes to vendor size and fit information
- Leverage and showcase size and fit information, and key measurements to be taken for product
- Arrange for new MP vendors, new attributes, and attribute groups
- Coordinate the set up and changes for brands
- Organize, and maintain documentation of all product translations including sweft product definitions
- Maintain documentation of all product content standards for copywriting and photography
- Conduct audits of product attribution, brand and category accuracy
- Regularly review accuracy of product copywriting (size charts, grid use and product fito)
- Deliver feedback and coaching on audit results and enhancements
- Facilitate training sessions for internal partners (Customer Care, Digital Sales) on size and fit
- Experience in positions with demonstrated influence and collaboration
- An exceptional orientation to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven ability involving crossfunctional, facilitate training sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of urgency with the proven ability to set and meet deadlines
- Exceptional computer skills, specifically Excel, as well as Word, and Outlook
- Retail experience, an asset
