The Opportunity

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent top-tier national brands at live events, retail promotions, and community activations. You'll build brand awareness, engage customers, and help deliver an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Do

Represent leading Canadian brands
at pop-up events, retail promotions, and community activations, helping to create memorable, in-person experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Approach and engage customers
in a friendly, approachable way — starting conversations, building trust, and helping customers understand product benefits and special offers.
Deliver credit card product demonstrations and presentations
to highlight key features and services, while tailoring your approach to meet individual customer needs.
Provide accurate product information
and confidently answer customer questions, helping them make informed decisions in a positive, pressure-free environment.
Assist with event setup and takedown
, ensuring displays, signage, and promotional materials are professional, organized, and on-brand.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance
, representing each brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.
Collaborate closely with your team
to share insights, meet sales and engagement goals, and contribute to the overall success of the campaign.
Track daily interactions and results
, providing feedback to your team leader to help improve performance and campaign impact.
Participate in regular training sessions
to stay up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand messaging.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and presentation skills
Friendly, confident, and professional demeanour
Background in promotions, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Able to work flexible, in-person shifts
