Customer Service Representative

Greater Toronto Area, Ontario

On-Site

Compensation:
$55,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
Outbound calls to customers with status updates
Assist with customer appointment checkins and customer deliveries
Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
Assist with in person customer service as well as office work

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Experience working with either luxury automotive dealerships or autobody shops is required
Knowledge of BodyshopConnect or CDK would be an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must possess a valid driver's licence and a safe driving history
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
