Position Summary:

Hatch is seeking an Urban Solutions Student with interests in large-scale property development, urban planning, cities, transportation planning, geography, and economics for a 4-month internship starting May 2023.

Reporting to the Director of Urban Solutions in Infrastructure you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Office.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to overall needs for project completion;
Preparing calculations, submissions and other technical documents;
Improve technical communication and report writing skills;
Assistance of leadership, managers and colleagues as and when needed.

Education and Experience:

Currently enrolled in Planning, Economics, Civil Engineering, Business, or Geography or relevant program from accredited university;
In good academic standing;
Interested in urban planning, infrastructure advisory, urban solutions, management consultancy, forecasting and strategic consultancy as a career;
Extracurricular involvement is considered an asset;
Knowledge or experience in a consultancy environment undertaking urban infrastructure projects, will be an asset;
Passion for learning, challenges and your field of study;
Interested in innovation, sustainability, infrastructure and cities and quality.
