Job summary
We are currently searching for a Centralized Routing Agent reporting to the Supervisor, Centralized Routing. This is a 12-month, full-time contract opportunity.The schedule for this role is typically Sunday to Thursday (4:30pm-12:30am EST), however, the availability to work other shifts when needed, is necessary to succeed in this role.
