Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Concept Artist to contribute to our dynamic team.

Your role will involve translating design requirements into tangible concept art, supporting the artistic vision, and collaborating closely with teams.

Design concept art in accordance with the defined art direction, encompassing environment concepts, mood paintings, and prop designs.
Efficiently sketch and generate digital illustrations to provide a visual representation of preliminary project concepts.
Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to craft and implement photorealistic or stylized textures.
Craft textures for both organic and hard surface elements, contributing to the desired aesthetics of characters, props, and environments.
Elevate existing illustrations by incorporating screenshot paint overs and revisions to propel project evolution.
Convey visual concepts proficiently within interdisciplinary teams.
Iterate on concepts while ensuring steadfast alignment with the overarching artistic vision.
Translate chosen concepts into intricately detailed sketches.
Execute all associated tasks in a diligent manner.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Photoshop, Painter, or equivalent tools for digital concept creation.
Ability to iterate rapidly on concepts with input from the Team Lead.
Openness to both receive and provide constructive criticism.
Solid grasp of mood, lighting, form, shape, and composition's role in conveying artistic intent.
Exceptional eye for environmental design's elements: light, value, color, staging, and detail.
Capability to translate ideas from concept to realtime game content.
Strong traditional art foundation, encompassing figure drawing, landscape painting, and illustration.
Selfmotivated, effective communicator, and enthusiastic team player.
Willingness to share knowledge and elevate team members, enhancing collective capabilities.
Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney is a valuable asset.
