Summary:
The Inventory Associate is responsible for fulfilling inventory requirements by picking orders, restocking inventory, preparing products to be shipped, and cycle counting inventory as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Prioritize orders for processing to ensure customer's shipping needs are met.
- Accurately pick orders from the vertical lift system using an ERP to ensure proper inventory and quantities are selected according to the customer's request.
- Help perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
- Prepare shipping labels for shipment to customers.
- Responsible for processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the daily operational workflow.
- Restock items needed for inventory into the vertical lift system in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and office.

Requirements:
Required minimum Competencies:
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Exceptional communication and teamworkoriented.
- Extreme accuracy and attention to detail are required.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills are needed.
- Must be able to count, sort, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Cannot have an issue with transposing numbers or letters
- Familiarity with Inventory and WMS software is an asset
Work Environment:
This job operates in a semi-office environment with exposure to a warehouse-type environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers, in addition to vertical lift inventory systems.
Essential Functions:

- Ability to stand for up to 5 hours per day to pull orders from a vertical lift system.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From $34,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
