ThinkOn is expanding its Product Management team

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Product Costing Analyst will create, update and manage the costing of our cloud services portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to ensure cost models are accurate, up to date and that any new/custom cost models are created in line with set. You will be a critical member of the product management team, responsible for also SKU mapping, SKU management and driving process improvements to continuously improve cost efficiencies.

• Create, update and manage cost models – core and custom
• Work with Sales and procurement to ensure pricing for custom deals is priced out
• Create, update and manage SKU database
• Ensure cost models are mapped to SKUs
• Ensure process transparency and that training is provided to our product team
• Drive process improvements for our cost model and SKU processes
• Create, update and maintain cost models for data centers
• Provide feedback and oversite on these cost models to ensure financial efficiencies at each data center
• Carry out revenue reporting that will provide product insights
• Work with the product team to provide financial insights per product as needed
• Work with the product team to create spiffs/rebates and other promotions and assist with reporting as needed
• Create, update and maintain budgets for projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in in financial management and product cost estimation.
• Strong financial management and product costing experience.
• Strong experience with product management frameworks and governance.
• Mastery of program/project management methodology, tools and templates, includes program/project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management.
• Experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all program/project phases – plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement is preferred.
• Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises
• Management skills to manage one or more large, complex programs/projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams·
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leader in the use of IT methodologies, standards for financial and product management
