    The Campus Recruitment and Talent Development Team is part of the Global Human Resources group at Scotiabank and is responsible for attracting and developing future Scotiabank leaders. We are a crucial partner to the business, and we assess, select, and develop diverse early talent from around the world.     Is this role right for you?

    You'll be reporting to the Senior Manager - Canadian Campus Recruitment Leader and be responsible for leading a team of Campus Recruiters. You will manage end-to-end campus talent acquisition activities, including creating and executing on-campus strategy. You will support your team in building and maintaining a diverse talent bench of candidates across various geographies through all stages of the recruitment funnel. You will create and deliver presentations on and off-campus, plan and execute events and large-scale conferences, as well as handle social media deliverables. You will own various relationships such as working and negotiating with key vendors and internal business leaders and provide support and mentorship to members of the Campus team – it's a very big, rewarding role

    This role will require a moderate to heavy degree of travel (by car, rail, and plane) within Canada to various universities and colleges, as well as the potential to travel internationally on occasion. Due to the timing of on and off-campus events, this role is not a "9 to 5" and will often require work during evenings and weekends at times.
