We Are Hiring

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments and take detailed minutes
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
**knowledge Required

  • Bookkeeping
  • Graphic design ( Canva or any program )
  • Experience with excel or google sheets

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
$16.28-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Concord, ON L4K 0A4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience (preferred)
  • Front desk (preferred)
