Align Chiropractic and Wellness Center is a wellness-based multi-disciplinary clinic offering chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture and custom orthotics.

Our team strives to provide excellent patient care from the minute the patient walks through the door, right through to the end of their treatment and back out the door again.

This is an exciting opportunity to cover a maternity leave of the current office manager/receptionist. Therefore, we are looking for a superstar who is excited to not only work in reception but also oversee all aspects of the clinic's operations

Sound like you? The responsibilities of the job include:_

  • Representing our clinic in its high standard
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Collecting payments and direct bill insurance companies
  • Collect any outstanding payments
  • Address any patient's concerns
  • Be a team support/coordinator
  • Assist in the smooth daily operations
  • Opening and closing of the clinic
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the clinic
  • Assist in any hiccups that may occur in the clinic in a dayin, dayout capacity
What would push you above the rest (considered an asset, but training will be provided):

  • Familiar with the computer software Universal (Antibex solution)
  • Worked in a multi
- disciplinary clinic previously

  • Knowledge of chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy
  • Familiar with MVA claims

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour
