Position Summary:
Neuromotion is growing. We are seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to lead our Vancouver team. This is a rare opportunity to join one of our energetic, fun and progressive clinics. We are passionate health professionals looking for an experienced, supportive, and strong leader to lead our multidisciplinary team.

What will you focus on?
Ensuring that clinic operations are efficient, professional and organized
Creating a clinic culture that is fun and inspiring
Encouraging your team with positive reinforcement to reach their goals
Providing support and mentorship to the customer experience coordinators, clinicians, and clients
Scheduling of team members and shift coverage, ensuring staffing requirements meet demand levels while adhering to business needs
Determining the utilization of clinicians and participating in the hiring process of new team members.
Providing efficient and concise onboarding of new team members
Appropriate delegation of duties and tasks to team members
Accurate clinic inventory
Efficiently planned weekly team meetings
Overseeing the recruiting, scheduling, and duties of clinic volunteers
Developing protocols and procedures to improve our current operations and team productivity.
Participating in clinic initiatives, marketing, social media, and community awareness
Adhering to a clinic budget
Communicating and collaborating with clinical leads, clinic managers and company directors
Writing and delivering 3 month, 6 month and annual reviews.
Accountability of clinic and company KPI's
Executing Health and Safety protocols with the team members
The Clinic Manager will also be completing medical office assistant duties which include:
- Register clients in Jane App, collect payment, issue receipts
- Have a strong understanding of our professional services, and assist clients with bookings
- Client scheduling, billing and claims
- Direct billing to 3rd party insurers
- Maintenance of clinic equipment
- Product sales management
- Cleaning of the clinic
- Processing medical records
- Washing and folding of laundry
What do you bring?
2+ years of management and leadership experience
University degree or diploma is an asset
Experience in the Health Sector is recommended
Requirements - 1+ year of experience with JANE app, direct billing, and liaising with
ICBC and WorkSafeBC.
Strong ability to motivate and provide positive feedback to team members to maximize productivity
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
The ability to empathize with clients and ensure the best care possible.
Reliable, responsible, and flexible with your schedule
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to navigate conflict and escalations in a calm and collaborative way
Ability to problem solve in an efficient manner
Ability to motivate team to attend company events
Project management skills
