    Description

    Main Functions

    This role will be part of the ENA commercial team and will have two main focus areas:

  • Customer Service – the objective is to receive purchase orders from ENA's customers in the United States and Canada and to create, manage and ultimately organize the delivery of Sales orders using ENA's ERP system (SAP). Managing the communication with customers regarding the status of their orders is an important element of the role.
  • Sales Support – includes supporting the commercial team and customers where needed; internal coordination with the larger Exter organization and/or other stakeholders - to resolve issues, meet (information) requests from customers or otherwise support the commercial team.
  • CUSTOMER ORDER MANAGEMENT & LOGISTICS:

  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately by provide the customer confirmation notifications, and communicating with customers if any additional or special requirement is needed.
  • Perform order entry in system includes entering the sales order, resolve potential issues with credit limits or pricing, proforma invoice, packing list, delivery note, and shipping documents according to customers' requirements to ensure on time delivery.
  • Inform customers on the planned arrival of their orders and provide regular shipment updates.
  • Responsible to liaise and working closely with the warehouse provider, freight forwarders, customs brokers, courier services to arrange outbound deliveries to customers and also track and manage inbound shipments until goods receipt into the warehouse.
  • Manage the communication with customers around documentation requests, complaints, any other inquiries and involving the Exter back-office where needed to meet the customers' expectations.
  • SALES SUPPORT

  • Provide support to the commercial team as requested.
  • Respond to general questions and requests of customers and sales managers (e.g. product information, conditions of sales, lead-times)
  • Data administration in SAP (ERP system) and Salesforce (CRM system)
  • In coordination with the sales team, actively approach (potential) customers to interest them in product offerings and create opportunities for the sales team.
