Overview
TDS is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The position is responsible for collaborating with department leadership and team members to drive a hybrid strategy balancing priority between marketing and business development initiatives that serve the internal needs of the firm's lawyers and external clients.

This unique role will best fit someone who thrives on working in a professional, fast-paced, and high stress environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Lead Generation.
  • Assisting with campaigns and events.
  • Retention and expansion of business with existing clients and acquisition of new clients (providing support to the Director of Business Development & Client Relations).
  • Tracking, analyzing, reporting, and optimizing online metrics related to lead generation.
  • Social media management.
  • Assist with marketing collateral, such as social media copy, graphics, printed and online collateral, etc.
  • Review content KPIs and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize content on the website for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • General department administration.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Internal marketing communications.
  • Website Management (providing support to the Digital Marketing Specialist).
  • Marketing strategy, plans, and budgets (providing support to the Manager, Marketing & Business Development).
  • Traditional marketing (collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator, Communications & Events).

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Experience managing and creating content for websites, as well as channelspecific knowledge
  • Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Some background and experience in sales/business development, ideally B2B.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an understanding of multimedia and visual communications.
  • Polished demeanor and ability to network at business functions.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign) and photography is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of WordPress.
  • Possess technical and computer proficiency, including updating websites and social media as a backup to the Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Google Tag Manager.
  • Search Engine Optimization.
  • SEMRush or other keyword research tools.
