We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst (Bilingual) to join our team at Dorval, QC.

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining high service levels, meeting KPI targets, leading initiatives related to collaborative inventory planning and forecasting, driving supply chain efficiencies founded on strong customer centric approach.

The Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in transition to new ERP system and assist with other projects/tasks as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic customer portfolio, and work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to mitigate supply shortage and meet service level targets
  • Effectively plan for customer's inventory needs, lead demand review and consensus meetings to align and reconcile demand vs actuals
  • Conduct root cause analysis to understand demand variance and fluctuations, align forecast and planning parameters to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on new/lost business opportunities and materialization
  • Lead inventory calls with key customers and internal stakeholders on requirements, incorporate feedback for customer centric process improvement
  • Facilitate and lead QBR and KPI meetings with strategic customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, crossfunctional teams to drive improvements and implement solutions
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by the customer and business leaders
  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable with multitasking and project management ability
  • Leverage analytics and to provide meaningful insights and solutions to effectively manage supply and demand of medical products

Key Qualifications

  • You possess a good understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution gained through 24 years of Supply Chain experience
  • You've completed a College/University education in Business/Supply Chain Management/Engineering. APICS or related certification is an asset
  • You have strong analytical skills and proven ability to analyze data trends with the use of reporting tools (ex. Excel, Access) and initiate action from findings, knowledge of Tableau & BI is a definite asset. Experience in SAP & Kinaxis is an asset
  • You have experience in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence crossfunctional partners, across different operating levels and drive valueadded solutions
  • You have the initiative, adaptability and problemsolving skills in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
  • You effectively communicate, facilitate and have strong presentation skills
  • You possess both strategic thinking and execute tactically along with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and be able to prioritize effectively
  • You enjoy working with large data sets and identifying trends
  • You will be expected to travel occasionally
