Responsibilities:

Manage the sales process and sales team
Ensure monthly sales targets are met
Assist in the followup of internet leads with sales team
Coach, mentor and help with training of sales team
Understand and comply with OMVIC regulations
Potential to assist with Finance and Insurance

Qualifications:

Valid Omvic license or willing to obtain
25 years experience in automotive industry an asset
Working knowledge if automotive sales and financing
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office and above average computer skills
