    Site Porter Role


     

    This position involves ensuring the facility and site are ready for guests, staff & tenants each day.

    • Ensuring the facility and site are ready for guests, staff & tenants each day.
    • Reviewing and completing daily entries into logs as required.



    The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a variable workload. This includes safe, timely and accurate completion of assigned work. They must also be able to listen and follow clear directions.Duties: Apart from supporting departments across facilities as needed they may include:
    1. Executing all housekeeping tasks including but not limited to dusting sweeping mopping garbage collection cleaning of washrooms monitoring restocking inventory operation of housekeeping equipment etc.  [dusting woodwork furniture].

    2. Cleaning common area walls partitions light switches doors windowsills etc. 
       [clean moveable stationary furnishings fixtures - see below].
