    Job Description
    Our client provides Project Management, Engineering Design, and Resourcing Services to the Life Sciences Sector.

    We offer a full EPCMV package (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management & Validation) for small and large projects (New Builds, Expansions, Plant & Equipment Retrofits and Site Upgrades) for clients based in Ireland and across Europe.

    Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking to hire an Engineering Project Manager.


    Responsibilities:
    # Managing a cross functional Projects team (Design, Project Delivery, Automation, Validation).
    # Responsible for project management, performance management, and process and operational improvement.
    # Accountable for the successful delivery of all Projects, working closely with Project Managers to meet Clients' expectations.
    # Personnel management of the Project Management Office (PMO), including performance reviews, resourcing needs, and other operational tasks.
    # Leading a cross functional team of Project Managers and Engineers, ensuring successful project delivery.
    # Developing standardized project management processes and tools for effective Project & Program Delivery.
    # Responsibility & Accountability for the Project Management Office (PMO) Team to drive adoption of standard processes.
    # Ensuring Project KPIs are achieved and all projects are delivered as per requirements.
    # Coaching and developing team members with a focus on leadership development.
    # Managing operational tasks related to personnel management, such as performance reviews and resource allocation.
    # Working with the BD and Management Team to provide appropriate solutions to clients.
    # Leading issue resolution for Clients when necessary.


    Requirements:
    Level 8 degree in Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent work experience.
    Extensive experience leading similar teams in an Engineering Consultancy firm.
    Proven working experience in Project and Personnel Management in the Life Sciences Industries.
    Process implementation using standard LEAN methodologies would be an advantage.
    PMI (Project Management Institute) or similar certification would be an advantage.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong leadership and financial acumen.
    Experience in Project Management.

    Package:
    €70 - 90K per annum with excellent benefits.
