Position Description:

To demonstrate and apply the skills as a team player with proficient communication skills. Implementing DevSecOps within the client organization that provides security to their applications. As a DevOps security implementation goes, you are to ensure that security is the major focus in the development activities. Having used tools and techniques like risk assessment, threat modeling, and cybersecurity to detect and analyze the threats is a bonus.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Software development

•Recognizing the security threats

•Configuring the network infrastructure

•Knowledge of the implementation of risk assessment techniques and the latest security best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•6-9+ years of relevant experience in DevSecOps

•Knowledge of programs like Aqua, Checkmarx, Chef, Immunio, Puppet, and ThreatModeler

•An understanding of AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes

•programming languages like Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, and Perl so as to collaborate competently with other teams

•how to implement developer tools such as GitHub and Dependency management

•basics of security principles.

•automation tools

•proficient communication skills

Certifications:

•Having certifications by Cisco, CompTIA, and Microsoft is a plus

•Certifications in DevOps Foundation, DevOps Leader, DevSecOps Engineering, Continuous Delivery Architecture
