1- SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

This position involves tasks related to the production/administration of the plant.


2- SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting customers by phone, electronically or in person
  • Providing quality service that responds to the customers needs within the required timeframe
  • Managing the logistics for the plant example shipping and receiving products
  • Follow and update the inventory
  • Support and/or dispatch the deliveries
  • Any other related tasks
  • Assistance with any related clerical work

3- COMPETENCIES PROFILE

Education required:
High school completed.

Experience:
One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the administration domain. Experience with the software IT.


Profile sought:

  • Focused on customer service, respect
  • Being able to work in team
  • Punctuality.

Others:

  • Bilingualism written & oral an asset
  • Office skills (regarding the plant).

Trainings:

  • WHMIS
  • TDG (if needed)
  • Pesticides (if needed)
  • IT systems
  • First aid (if needed)

4- WORK CONDITIONS WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work schedule: Forty (40) hours a week. Must be available days, evenings and weekends. Must be available during the rush to work overtime.
  • Physical effort: Physical effort: Has to be able to lift 30kg if needed.
  • Physical environment: Office work, may be exposed to dust (temporary).

5- OHS-E

  • PPE: Wear helmet, safety boots, safety glasses and safety vest when required.
