We are looking for an enthusiastic, relationship and task focused Account Manager who can help support our vast array of clients with drive, humour, responsibility, accountability and enthusiasm The role is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing projects within Kulin according to clients needs and objectives.
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, organised, creative, and has the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
This is a full-time, remote position within Canada.
What You Will Do:
- Act as a client advocate and manage internal communications throughout an accounts lifespan
- Guide the onboarding process for new clients & ensure all departments are briefed
- Working closely with the various departments, there will be the opportunity to help shape processes used throughout the organisation
- Continuously have a pulse on all assigned clients while helping drive project growth, knowledge sharing, and point out escalation, resourcing/budget concerns, etc.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Your Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and effectively manage shifting priorities
- Ability to have a positive impact on your peers in terms of career development and personal growth
- Ability to provide creative and novel solutions to challenging project and people issues
- Proven track record as a selfstarter capable of working through ambiguity, roadblocks and highpressure scenarios
- Firstclass written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience implementing Agile project management methodologies
- Experience developing requirements, use cases, user stories, etc
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation
- Team player
- Bonus
- Experience with ClickUp project management
