  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
  • Showcasing construction machinery to prospective buyers and driving sales. This pivotal role involves presenting our extensive fleet of construction equipment to potential clients, providing comprehensive information about each machine's features and benefits.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures and basic accounting principles (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.

$36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
