Description

Responsibilities:


  • Draft legal documents and correspondence to help with labor matters and business transactions (e.g. employment contracts, nondisclosure agreements, purchase agreements etc.).
  • Provide legal advice to business staff and help resolve business disputes.
  • Represent the clients in court proceedings or arbitration hearings.
  • Answer readers' queries about domestic and international laws.
  • Resolve conflicts between coworkers, shareholders or intellectual property rights holders.
  • Advise about tax law, intellectual property rights and legal procedures (e.g. patent registration).
  • Develop the appropriate legal strategies for timely completion of cases and reduce corporate risks.
  • Keep updated on laws and legislation relevant to your industry area.
  • Identify possible routes to solve problems based on experience.
  • Provide advice to managers on legal issues related to their work.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor/team lead.

Job Types:

Salary:
$90,000.00 per year
