Our advanced chemistry has redefined modern water management, introducing solutions that are cleaner, faster, and safer to use.

We're building on this strength and looking to add a full-time Chemical Blender to our team in Delta, Canada.


The Role

  • Participates in ongoing safety programs, including safety meetings and training.
  • Produce finished products according to SOPs with an eye for precision and consistency.
  • Become proficient with required Safety and Hazmat policies, procedures, and reporting.
  • Equipment operation (training will be provided): forklifts, blending tanks, pumps, agitators, scales, meters, etc.
  • Weighing, pumping and pouring chemicals into blend tanks in predetermined quantities.
  • Repackages finished products into required packaging as needed.
  • Prepare and test samples prior to submission to lab for approval.
  • Maintain, inspect, and clean equipment and storage vessels when needed. Maintains appropriate level of housekeeping according to company standards.
  • Refers issues/problems to lead/supervisor person(s).
  • Completes all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely manner.
  • Able to manipulate 55gallon drums and powder bags up to 25 KGS
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as required.

Key Competencies

  • The ability to lift 50 plus lbs.
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English, including safety rules, operating procedures, product recipes, material identification, etc.
  • Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Able to perform these operations using weight and volume measurements.
  • Chemical blending experience preferred
  • Positive, cando attitude

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
