    Day to Day:

    Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Engagement Specialist to enhance overall programs and workflows for the Guest Support Team at one of the top athleisure companies in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital guest experience, working with customer experience management platforms and building new reporting dashboards within them. They will be partnering with the Voice of Guest and Insight and Analytics teams to ensure reporting efforts are aligned and division of responsibilities are clear. This role is focused on creating and elevating their social engagement by supporting new initiatives that ensure they are recognized as a leader in digital engagement. The qualified candidate will have the below:

    Must Haves:

    • 2-5 years experience in digital guest experience
    • Project management/task management experience – create a task and a plan to tackle it, is self led
    • Experience working with social media management tools such as Sprinklr ( Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, Khoros, Oracle OR Ipsos Synthesio) to build new reporting dashboards.
    • Analytics and Reporting knowledge
    • Implements new tags and macros to capture conversation themes and topics.
    • Maintains documentation of the team's tagging structure, including current and historical tags.
    • Conducts ad-hoc insight and reporting requests to provide cross-functional partners with guest insights.
