Description
The Customer Service role handles calls from new and existing business clients regarding a variety of requests in an efficient and effective manner.
A successful rep uses knowledge of products and services and excellent customer service skills to address issues, provide support, offer information, and place orders to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
We are looking to hire immediately and we hope to see all 1st year employees receive a promotion between 6 months and 1 year of tenure.

Requirements:
- An upbeat, positive attitude
- Willingness to go that extra mile for your team and our customers
- Math/Accounting skills are a plus
- Must have experience with Microsoft/Excel
- Prior customer service/sales experience is a plus
Essential Functions:
- Book zoom meetings and educate/troubleshoot questions with clientele
- Work cooperatively between customers, service providers and other departments
- Communicate with customers and vendors in a clear, effective, and professional manner
- Receive customer inquiries, issues, or challenges and followthrough to resolution
- Basic filing and data entry

$59,823.16-$102,068.72 per year
