The Town of Lincoln is looking for a collaborative, engaging and strategic thinker to be the next Exhibitions and Collections Curator to lead and manage the Lincoln Museum & Cultural Centre's curatorial department.

Reporting to the Cultural Development Coordinator, the Exhibitions and Collections Curator will be responsible for all aspects of collection management and exhibition development including but not limited to the research, coordination, planning, organization, storage, preservation, and exhibition of the museum's permanent collections and related materials.

This position also leads the implementation of exhibitions to foster understanding of local history, whilst also promoting the Town as a cultural tourism destination and as a creative community.

The position leads the curatorial decisions made within the parameters of the Museum's mandate and works closely with the Curator of Education and Engagement, Museum Interpreter, and the Cultural Development Coordinator.

The position supports the implementation of the action items and goals of the Museum's Strategic Plan.
