Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a
Part Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our Cloverdale, BC location at
Pharmasave.

The pharmacy assistant is in charge of offering top-notch client service in a polite, informed, and professional way.

In addition to focusing on achieving pharmacy excellence in the areas of customer service, workflow efficiency, and inventory control, the Assistant is in charge of identifying and scheduling professional clinical services.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department
  • Keep track of pharmacy stocks by ordering, receiving, and switching out supplies and stock.
  • Manage customer prescription pickup and assist with prescription preparation and compounding of prescriptions.
  • Third party adjudication
  • Blister packing medications
  • Other jobs & duties, as assigned
  • Qualifications & Skills: _
  • Experience in Kroll
  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Job Type:
Part-time


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
