Foreign Automotive is expanding, and we're excited to open a position for a third Service Advisor As Kitchener's premier European and exotic vehicle specialty repair facility, we're looking for someone with a blend of technical knowledge and a passion for customer service to enhance our team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a champion for continuous improvement of the client and staff experience at Foreign Automotive
- Provide a warm welcome to clients, conducting initial assessments of their vehicle issues
- Accurately manage client and vehicle information within our systems (Mitchell and Autoleap)
- Coordinate and schedule service work, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction
- Prepare and communicate quotes, advising clients on necessary services
- Conduct client meetings to review, explain, and promote our services
- Discuss completed work orders with clients, address inquiries, and facilitate payment transactions
- Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in resolving issues
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor with a deep understanding of European and exotic vehicles
- Experience as a Parts Advisor would be a considerable bonus, enhancing your ability to provide comprehensive service advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a bespoke client experience
- A team player with a 'car guy' attitude, eager to work alongside individuals who share a passion for what they do
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using industryrelated software such as Mitchell/AllData and Autoleap
Salary:
$68,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kitchener, ON N2C 2G1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- service advisor: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
