Service supervisor /Manager/Field service rep.

Company background:

Revolver Screening Systems (RSS) is a construction equipment manufacturing and sales company located in Port Hope, Ontario.

We manufacture and distribute portable trommel screening plants and conveyors to be shipped to and sold through a network of dealers all across North America.

Position description:

We have available an immediate full-time position for an experienced service supervisor responsible for after sales service. This is a new position for our company that would eventually evolve into a management position.

Responsibilities:

Creating, establishing and maintaining the service department;
Field service as required
Canada and the United States;
In house service supervisor;
Direct customer contact;
Direct contact with the service departments of our dealer network;
Working closely with our manufacturing, parts & sales personnel;

Skills, Qualifications & requirements:

Prepared to represent the company in a professional manner;

- "Hands on" mechanical background;

Experience with aggregate producing equipment preferred but not essential;
Other than Revolver related specialty equipment, must have own tools;
Willing to travel valid driving license clean record;
Current passport no issues crossing into the United States;
Practical and concise organizational, written and oral communication skills;
Communicate effectively and professionally with the customers, truckers and coworkers;
Problemsolving, organization and timemanagement skills;
Ability to prioritize work;
Read and write to ensure compliance paperwork is completed on time;
Must be self directed & able to work with mínimal supervision;
Lift truck experience;
Willingness to work additional hours as business demands;
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently when required but with appropriate interpersonal skills, when working in a team;
Must be able to step up and down into truck, sit, kneel, reach, bend, and climb ladders;
Organization of the shop and yard;
Must be physically able to lift (nothing too heavy) and function in a warehouse environment;
Read and write to ensure compliance paperwork is completed daily;
Willingness to work in outdoor environments and various weather condition;
Weekend work occasionally may be required;
