Job Requirements:

710 years progressive experience in General Contracting as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor.
Ability to run commercial, lightindustrial, midsized projects valued at $1M$10M with limited supervision.
Allweather construction experience on groundup projects.
Trades background (carpentry, concrete, finishing, service or special projects work) is preferred.
Ability to read prints, measurements and layouts.
Competency in areas of safety, administration, workforce management, cost/quality control, administration, and project execution.
A strong understanding of other trades and disciplines as they relate to workforce planning and site coordination activities.
Project management skills and understanding of core principles construction (safety, budget, schedule, & SOWs)
Demonstrated strategic planning, problemsolving and risk mitigation skills.
Your relationship building skills and collaborative approach have allowed you to build trust and grow your network of professional and innovative partners.
Abilitiy to manage difficult situations with positive results.
