Establishing methods to meet work schedules
Supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimating ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensuring that food and service meet quality standards
Preparing budget and cost estimates
Addressing customers' concerns
Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Preparing and submitting reports
Supervising and checking assembly of trays
Supervising and checking delivery of food trolleys
Establishing work schedules
