What you will do:


  • As Financial Controller at Bridgit, you will plan, direct and coordinate all accounting operational functions. This role will report directly to the CEO, and work closely with our fractional CFO. You will play a critical crossfunctional role within the organization. You will use your expertise in B2B SaaS metrics and financing strategy in continuing to build the strategy, processes and structures to enable Bridgit to be a top quartile SaaS company
You can expect to- Be the main point of contact for our external finance service providers Manage in-house finance functions which include A/R, Deferred Revenue list, month end closing, reconciliation and financial reporting process, account analysis and reconciliation, financial transactions and reporting Establish and maintain documentation of internal controls, policies and procedures related to financial reporting and compliance Collaborate cross-functionally in developing necessary financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, while playing a primary role in directing change initiatives and process improvements Assist the CFO in the accurate and timely preparation of reports that outline the company's financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and future operations Work with our CEO and corporate lawyer as it relates to fundraising activities, customer contracts and all legal activities outside of employment related matters- Recommend strategic financing options to maximize enterprise value

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation-
  • Previous experience as a Controller or Senior Financial Analyst-
  • An analytical mind and penchant for problem solving-
  • Strong, effective communication and relationship building skills-
  • An appreciation for a good process and desire for further efficiencies-
  • Agility and a knack for breaking down complex ideas into actionable insights
  • Top notch organizational skills and a keen eye for details
