Description
Performs onsite field service activities by installing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.Typically handles routine products and problems able to perform these tasks without supervision, getting direction from higher-level technicians on more complex problems.
Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities, and represent the company in professional manner.Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, repairing and testing customers equipment
- Responding quickly and efficiently to service calls/PMs/Installs
- Interacting with our customers and ensuring that their concerns are appropriately addressed in a professional way
- Provides training to the customers when needed
Requirements:
- Should be able read electrical and mechanical drawing
- Trade school diploma or college diploma preferred
- Able to create alternative solutions to problems
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Basic electrical/electronic, mechanical and computer knowledge
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Experience:
Field Service Technician: 2 years (required)
