Great opportunity to work at Provence Marinaside, award wining restaurant, Vancouver Magazine Best Yaletown, Silver service Award, Chevalier de l'order du mérite agricole(french recognition),Provence Marinaside is a well establish restaurant for 20 years in Yaletown waterfront on the Marina.
Chef/Owner operator.
Looking for full time long term CDP, or 1st cook, 2 years experience minimum.
Professional Large Kitchen, rational oven, sous vide machine, circulator, smoker.
We do everything in house, from dessert to stocks, vinaigrette and mayo, filleting fish and cleaning meat.
Apprenticeship available.
wage upon experience, plus tips ($4 to 5 /hr)
