Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a BDA, you will be responsible for promoting our events and services to potential customers and ticket buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote various events, trade shows, and locations
- Build a consistent set of reoccurring attendee
- Engage with customers to understand their personalized accommodations
- Assist with setting up promotional displays and materials
- Collect customer feedback and report on market trends
- Maintain a positive and professional image while representing our brand
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, outreach, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong public speaking skills to engage with large groups of people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
