Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a BDA, you will be responsible for promoting our events and services to potential customers and ticket buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Sell and promote various events, trade shows, and locations
  • Build a consistent set of reoccurring attendee
  • Engage with customers to understand their personalized accommodations
  • Assist with setting up promotional displays and materials
  • Collect customer feedback and report on market trends
  • Maintain a positive and professional image while representing our brand
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales, outreach, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
  • Strong public speaking skills to engage with large groups of people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
