PROFILE


The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the ongoing management and evolution of the Firm's digital marketing channels, associated technology and processes.

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of efficient digital marketing strategies for the firm.

This is a 12 month contract, with an anticipated start of October 2023. This position can be based out of any of our Canadian offices


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops strategic digital marketing plans and associated operational procedures that identify and lead to enhancement and improvement activities for the Firm's marketing technology investments, including the Firm's public websites, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Uses analytics and SEO best practices to inform decisionmaking, planning and execution of web and digital properties and campaigns to drive traffic to firm website and increase engagement and conversion among website visitors.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and client touch points.
  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns and lead our marketing strategy and promotions across paid, earned and owned social media. Identify target audience segments and select appropriate channels to reach and engage with them effectively, leveraging datadriven insights and market research.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Strategic advisor to senior leaders and other internal clients on effective social and digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Work with Global digital and social leads to align on best practices, share key learnings, and stay up to date on new tools, vendors, and platform capabilities.
  • Responsible for the development & strategy implementation for all Canadian digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manages and provides coaching and guidance to a team of digital marketing professionals to support their growth and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Postsecondary education with a focus on digital marketingrelated program/certificate course.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in digital marketing, website management and/or content marketing with two years of people management or leadership experience. Experience in a B2B organization is an asset.
  • Strong analytics background with ability to leverage understanding of real time data, overall brand goals and opportunities to A/B test, optimize, and make inflight campaign decisions to improve campaign performance
  • Superior grasp of digital marketing concepts, best practices and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of web usability and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, AODA) and relevant privacy regulations (e.g. CASL, PIPEDA etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced software skills in a PC environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strategic and solutionsoriented approach to challenges, with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with professionals at all levels within the Firm.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver exceptional work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to produce a high quality and quantity of work product, under tight timelines, with the flexibility to work irregular or extended hours, sometimes at short notice.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.
