As part of our Business Enablement Team, you will take pride in optimizing our business operations and enable the organization to take advantage of new technologies & data.

You will support senior members of the team on diverse major technological projects and initiatives (ERP, CRM, LMS, Customer Portal, Process Automation & RPA, BI and AI).


If you enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues from diverse business functions at every organizational level while driving innovation and optimization in the business, this position awaits you.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Collaborate with members of different business units to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assess and optimize current business processes for improvement in its efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage and implement technological projects to improve organization productivity.
  • Mobilize teams in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • Support your colleagues in adapting to the changes by communicating updates, providing training/coaching, and troubleshooting user tickets.
  • Produce and maintain KPI to track impact and efficiency of technological implementations.
  • Obtain your colleagues feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain training materials (videos, documents, process maps).
  • Stay up to date on new technology and best practices.
  • Challenge the status quo with a view to make things better.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration/business technology (Knowledge in business intelligence, accounting, finance, or business analytic is considered an asset) or degree in relevant field
  • Motivated selfstarter with continuous improvement and oriented solution mindsets
  • Fast learner, empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, good listener
  • Collaborative, flexibility, desire to succeed, customerfocused
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of ERP, CRM and LMS systems is a strong asset
