Major Responsibilities:


  • Well perform the operation of warehouse to include receiving, stocking, processing, and distribution of product.
  • Oversees all warehouse employees and the overall daily management of a designated shift.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are properly documented and accuracy.
  • Manage the inventory in the warehouse by completing cycle counts if needed.
  • Require operate forklift and some constant heavy liftings.
  • Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvement to standard procedures.
  • Managing and monitoring the whole shipping process, make sure branch store receiving order in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a neat, orderly and efficient fashion.
  • Encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
  • Must be able to administer company policies and procedures.
  • Write and update procedures.
  • General administration for the warehouse.
  • Perform related tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:


  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and everchanging environment with constant shifting priorities.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays.
  • Be prepared to stand for a long time and able to use work related tools in a safe manner.
  • At least threeyear experience in management role (preferred).
  • Able to communicate in
    English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin).
