We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team This is an excellent opportunity to take charge of a bustling fast food restaurant, drive its success, and shape the dining experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all areas, including kitchen, dining area,
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
Train and develop staff on company policies, food handling procedures, and safety protocols, fostering a positive work environment.
Uphold health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any potential concerns promptly.
Manage the scheduling of employees, balancing workload and optimizing labor costs.
Monitor financial performance, analyze sales figures, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and drive customer engagement.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a memorable dining experience for all patrons.
Stay updated with industry trends and competition, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the restaurant's reputation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fastpaced environment.
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management,
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
