Store Manager to join our team. We are a growing company based out of Blue Mountains, ON and we are seeking an individual that is committed to their career and pursuing a career in the hospitality industry.


Are you passionate about the fast food industry and have a strong knack for managing teams? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team This is an excellent opportunity to take charge of a bustling fast food restaurant, drive its success, and shape the dining experience for our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all areas, including kitchen, dining area,
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
  • Train and develop staff on company policies, food handling procedures, and safety protocols, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any potential concerns promptly.
  • Manage the scheduling of employees, balancing workload and optimizing labor costs.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales figures, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and drive customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a memorable dining experience for all patrons.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competition, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the restaurant's reputation.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fastpaced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management,
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
