- Maintain 16 Multispindle Lathe Machines and related equipment in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.
- Diagnose and fix issues with machinery and equipment.
- Carry out essential maintenance on machines and equipment, including replacing mechanical parts.
- Use maintenance software for task organization and updates.
- Collaborate with Service Engineers during service visits.
- Ensure availability of spare parts to maintain uninterrupted production.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing processes and reducing costs.
- Provide maintenance assistance across different business sections as required.
- Experience with workshop machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency in Production Machinery, especially Lathe Machines, with 5-10 years in a maintenance position within a production environment.
- Good mechanical skills for replacing components.
- Self-disciplined, driven, and adaptable to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours and back up other business divisions.
- Excellent communication abilities for efficient collaboration across all levels of staff.
