    Salary : $67, 304 - $89,804 Position Summary:

    The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of quality assurance Initiatives to provide data-driven analysis that supports strategic decision making. The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports through program evaluation and data analysis, adherence to Ministry standards, legislative requirements, and Agency mission, vision and values. The Quality Assurance Coordinator builds data driven strategy to evaluate service commitments, forecasting with financial integration.

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    • Proven organizational and administrative skills; particularly in the areas of program evaluation and statistical analysis and forecasting.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of theory, practice and current issues facing the Social Services Sector, particularly Child Welfare, Child Development and Child Mental Health Services.
    • Applied knowledge in data systems, software, spreadsheets, and statistical tools to analyze and report service data and trends.
    • Experience consulting and advising at a Senior level (Board/Committees/Senior Leadership)
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team environment and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the Agency.
    • Strong Knowledge applicable to Child Mental Health Accreditation
    • Strong Knowledge of Child Welfare legislative and ministry standards of practice, outcome indicators and key performance indicators preferred.
    • Understanding and application of privacy legislation through Part X of the Child, Youth, Family and Services Act.
    • Experience using Business Intelligence tools and computerized applications to analyze data and prepare graphics, narrative and statistical reports.
    • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
    • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a great team player.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Statistical Analysis, Social Services or related field. Relevant Master's Degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in program evaluation, statistical analysis, forecasting with financial integration and other organizational quality initiatives.
    • Social services experience preferred.
    • Must possess a valid "Class G" Driver's Licence
