Description
Solea Kitchen + Bath (under Executive Woodwork Ltd.) is looking for interested applicants to aid in assembling cabinets for high-rise and multi-unit residential homes across the GTA.
- Job may include some responsibilities below.
When on site (primary):
- Assist Site Technician in tying loose ends before
PDI:
installing toe kicks & handles, adjusting door alignments
- Carry equipment to and from the site
- Pick up small hardware from stores
When at the shop (secondary):
- Pick orders
- Making sure cabinets and cabinet doors are clean before getting it ready for shipping
- Wrapping of cabinets and parts for shipping
- Putting sticker labels on all items
- Mounting of hardware and accessories
- Keeping work area clean
- Assembly of cabinet parts such as drawer boxes
- Edge Banding
- Checking if all items in a job order is complete and ready for shipping
Qualifications:
- Must know how to operate hand tools and semiautomatic tools (drills, jigs, saws, etc.)
- Has excellent work ethics. Must be a team player
- Can speak conversational English
- Responsible and reliable
- Must be willing to train and learn
- Careful and meticulous
- Smart and industrious
- Able to drive
Requirements:
- WHMIS Certification
- Work & Health Safety Awareness in 4 Steps Certification
- Safety Shoes
- Hard Hat
Salary:
From $17.00 per hour
