  • Assurer l'entretien préventif général et les réparations correctives des immeubles, des systèmes industriels, des équipements et du sol. Travailler sous une supervision étroite, participer à la surveillance de la performance et des opérations du système d'immeuble. Exercer plusieurs métiers d'œuvre liés à la menuiserie, la plomberie, l'électricité,
- la peinture, la toiture et le système de chauffage et de- climatisation.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES ESSENTIELLES

  • Se conformer à tous les codes, règlements et directives de l'entreprise et de l'agence publique applicables liés à l'exploitation de l'immeuble et à la sécurité au travail.
  • Exécuter des réparations et l'entretien préventif et d'urgence quotidiens tel qu'assignés. Remplir des registres de réparations et d'entretien, le cas échéant.
  • Passer en revue les bons de travail soustraités; estimer les délais et les matériaux requis pour effectuer les réparations; commander les matériaux et fournitures requis pour réaliser toutes les tâches.
  • Fournir de l'assistance pour l'installation et la modification des équipements/sy
- stèmes de bâtiment.

  • Aider dans le cadre des réparations et des problèmes liés aux immeubles et les systèmes en place, incluant les systèmes de plomberie, l'équipement de cuisine, les toits, les drains, les magasins et les systèmes CVAC.
  • Inspecter les nouveaux immeubles afin de s'assure de leur conformité aux codes du bâtiment et aux règlements de sécurité.
  • Entretenir le système d'éclairage dans l'ensemble des installations,
- nettoyer les luminaires, remplacer les lampes et ampoules.

  • Entretenir le terrain des installations ou de la propriété, notamment en râtelant, balayant, soufflant les feuilles et déneigeant.
  • Effectuer des tâches de soudage, de menuiserie, d'assemblage de meubles et de serrurerie, le cas échéant.
    RESPONSIBILITIES


Working under limited supervision when supporting assigned service calls, utilizes intermediate skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems and equipment, vehicles, and grounds within a geographical area/route potentially across multiple sites.

Monitors building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Must be flexible on schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

  • Performs assigned daytoday repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repairs, records as required.
  • Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Utilizes CMMS to manage work orders and track completion.
  • Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
  • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC/R.
  • Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC/R, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
  • Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC/R, plumbers, and cleaning.
  • Supports an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
  • Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
  • Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.
  • Performs furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
  • Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
  • Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
  • May serve as a mentor to other technicians.
  • Report and communicate on a daily basis all work activity via PDA device.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
