Description

• Develop and manage a production schedule, running logistics, and coordinating with build team members to meet project deadlines.
• Assist in planning, and execution of video content for our YouTube channel.
• Oversee mainly the
  preproduction stage of our content ensuring our highquality threshold is delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with content creators, and post production team to ensure deadlines are met
• Regularly analyze production process and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our video production process.
• Potential for casting of contestants for larger competitions
• We have a vehicle, supply shopping, venue scouting etc. may be required depending on the video requirements.

• Love video preproduction and have an understanding of the YouTube landscape.
• Be willing to learn and obsess over improvement
• Experience in video production, preferably within the YouTube space.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong desire to improve knowledge of YouTube platform
• Excellent communication, and problemsolving skills. Be able to be the "figure it out person". Many of our videos are things that have never been done before and require critical thinking and problem resolution.
• Have a drivers license
